Desert Falcons Weekly Physical Challenge: Week 1 Recap

Welcome back, Desert Falcons! It's been an incredible week of pushing our limits, both individually and as a team, in our Daily Push Up Challenge. On Day 7, dated 24th July 2024, we wrapped up a week of sweat, determination, and camaraderie, with everyone stepping up to the challenge of 20 push-ups per day.


Highlights of the Day

The energy was high as each member tackled the push-ups with grit and determination. Shoutout to those who completed all seven days: Ben, Joven, Lambert, Khaled, Aby, and Elvira! You guys are an inspiration! For others like Mahmoud and Manny, who gave it their all for most of the week, your commitment is what keeps this team strong.

Team Progress

This challenge wasn’t just about physical endurance; it was about showing up, supporting each other, and pushing beyond our comfort zones. Members like Tonette and Jay joined in midway but gave it their best, while Ruby and Zakaria ended the week on a high note. Remember, it's not just about completing the challenge but about improving and enjoying the journey together.
